Language Placement Testing
Upon receipt of a course request, a member of our Account Management team will contact the learner. We ask learners to complete a language assessment (unless they are a complete beginner) by way of our online assessment which tests learners’ recognition of language structure
Needs Analysis
We conduct a personal or group profile analysis either by telephone or by email; in order to establish precise learning needs / styles and course targets.
Course Options And Schedule
Upon findings we recommend and agree with the learner(s) optimal course format and frequency of sessions, mode of training, time-scale by which the training should be completed etc. in order to achieve end result as efficiently and quickly as possible.
Trainer Allocation & Course Start
We allocate an experienced member of our training team and setup personalised training in line with desired course requirements.
